Online Ordering:

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING for orders over $249.00. Please note that items ineligible for UPS or FedEx package delivery may incur freight charges. At Hi-Light, we ensure a secure server for credit card payments, charging your card within 24 hours of purchase. In the rare event of any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in your order, we reserve the right to cancel it. In such cases, Hi-Light will promptly issue a credit to your credit card. For details on our product return policy, please refer to Hi-Light's Return Policy.

Warranties:

Rest assured, all products sold by Hi-Light are covered by manufacturers' warranties. If you encounter any defects in a purchased product, kindly contact our Customer Support at 914-779-6628. Our team will gladly assist you in processing your claim. Please note that installation fees are not covered under warranty.

Online Product Images:

At Hi-Light, we display product images in ".jpg" and ".gif" formats on our website, utilizing advanced imaging software to provide the most accurate representation possible. However, we cannot guarantee an exact color match due to variations in computer monitor settings.

Shipping Lead Times:

We strive to provide accurate information regarding product availability. If time sensitivity is a concern for your purchase or project, we highly recommend reaching out to us at 914-779-6628 for precise details.

Delivery:

While many items can be shipped from our warehouse within five days, non-custom merchandise from manufacturers may take up to ten business days. Custom orders typically require up to eight weeks. For a more accurate estimate of delivery time, please contact us at 914-779-6628.

Return Policy:

Once an order has shipped from the factory or from Hi-Light, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure your decision before that point.

Damages/Defects and Errors:

In the event of any damages, defects, or errors in received shipments, kindly report them promptly by calling 914-779-6628 or emailing Johnc@hilight.com. Provide your name, invoice number, and a description of the issue. Hi-Light will issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and arrange for pickup and replacement without cost to the customer. If the customer decides not to replace the item, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund.

Returns:

All returns must be approved by a Hi-Light representative. Non-approved returns are subject to refusal. Returns will not be accepted after 15 days of receiving the order.

Non-Defective Returns:

For non-defective returns, a 20% restocking fee applies. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all packing materials, and in sellable condition. Installed items cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Credit will be issued after a thorough inspection by a Hi-Light representative. Please retain the original boxes and packaging.

Exceptions and Items Not Eligible for Return:

Certain items are not eligible for product return, including Closeout Products, Custom Products, Made-to-Order Products (assembled, installed, modified, or used), items without prior Return Authorization, items received over 15 days ago, items lacking original packaging, and light bulbs, parts, glass, etc. Please refrain from returning merchandise without prior authorization, as such returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee or complete forfeiture of refund.

This privacy notice pertains to all information collected or submitted on the Hi-Light website. Personal information, including name, address, email address, phone number, and credit/debit card information, may be collected on pages where you order products, make requests, or register for materials.
